title=Chaos in the Horn of Africa!
desc=it is strange how a storm can be on the horizon for days, even weeks, growing ever closer and more ominous yet still catch sailors so unprepared. Afterall, sometimes clouds are just clouds, squaws are no more than squaws, and even the fiercest wind and rain only a temporary inconvenience. Today, the storm hit italian East Africa. Several rebel groups have swept through cities and town, reclaiming mile after mile as the Italian troops scramble to set up deferisive perimeters and are often encircled by the more mobile partisan troops. There are more factions than anyone can count, all as hostle to each other as they are to the nominal Italian overlords. They include ethnic groups, political parties, tribes, warlords, colonialist remnants, even dissatisfied Italian settlers. It's impossible to know when the storm will subside, but for now, all of East Africa is caught in its tide
